1. Introduction

Welcome to TKGem ("TKGem", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the TKGem website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use TKGem. You must provide accurate personal information and maintain a valid Indian mobile number and payment method. We may require identity and address verification (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Driving License) to comply with KYC/AML regulations and to process withdrawals.

3. Account Registration & Security

• Single Account: Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts may be closed.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
• Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
• Verification: We may request identity and payment method verification before approving withdrawals.
• Security: Enable two-factor or biometric authentication where available.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Fraud, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse, or chargeback abuse
• Use of bots, auto-clickers, or any software that manipulates game outcomes
• Sharing or selling accounts, using another person’s identity or payment method
• Attempting to breach security, reverse engineer, or interfere with Platform operations
• Posting illegal, defamatory, or harmful content

5. Games & Fair Play

TKGem partners with licensed providers. All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and are audited for fairness. We reserve the right to void bets, suspend gameplay, or restrict accounts if suspicious activity is detected.

6. Deposits

• Methods: UPI, bank transfer, e-wallets, cards, and cryptocurrency (where available).
• Minimums: Typically ₹500; method-specific limits may apply.
• Fees: TKGem does not charge deposit fees; your provider may.
• Processing: Most deposits are instant; bank transfers can take 10–30 minutes.

7. Withdrawals

• Minimum: ₹1,000 per withdrawal; maximum depends on VIP tier.
• Verification: KYC/AML checks are required for certain amounts and first-time withdrawals.
• Processing Time: UPI (1–2 hours), Bank Transfer (2–6 hours), E-Wallets (1–4 hours).
• Fees: First 3 withdrawals/month are free; a small processing fee may apply thereafter.
• Method Consistency: We may return funds via the original deposit method.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering; contributions vary by game type.
• Expiry: Bonuses may expire; see offer-specific terms for deadlines.
• Abuse: Bonus abuse is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of winnings.

9. Responsible Gaming

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. We are not responsible for network issues, third-party failures, or circumstances beyond our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TKGem and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited within the preceding three months.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TKGem, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notices. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The latest version will always be available on this page.

17. Dispute Resolution

• Escalation: If unresolved, escalate to our compliance team.
• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by applicable Indian law.
