• Ensure usage aligns with applicable laws and does not harm TKGem's reputation.

8. Prohibited Uses

• Using TKGem materials to promote illegal, harmful, or deceptive activities.
• Modifying trademarks or logos, or combining them with other marks without written approval.
• Creating derivative works that misrepresent the brand or confuse users.
• Unauthorized scraping, bulk downloading, or redistribution of platform content.

9. Fair Use, Exceptions & Limitations

Certain references to TKGem and use of excerpts may be permissible under fair use (e.g., commentary, news reporting, comparative reviews). However, fair use is context-dependent and limited. When in doubt, request permission to avoid infringement.

10. Attribution Guidelines

When attribution is required, use the following format: "© TKGem. Used with permission." Place attributions in a clearly visible location near the used content. For digital media, link to the relevant TKGem page where feasible.

11. Media Kits & Approved Assets

Media kits and approved brand assets may be available for press and partners. These include high-resolution logos, screenshots, and product descriptions. Use only the latest versions provided and avoid outdated or unofficial materials.
